Ice Spice Launches ‘Y2K! WORLD TOUR’ with Electrifying Performance in Washington, DC

Last night, GRAMMY-nominated and multi-platinum rapper Ice Spice kicked off her highly anticipated ‘Y2K! WORLD TOUR’ in North America with an electrifying performance at The Anthem in Washington, DC. Special guests RIOTUSA and Cash Cobain opened the show, setting the stage for Ice Spice’s dynamic debut of “Popa.”

Ice Spice thrilled the audience with fan favorites like “Munch (Feelin’ U),” “Princess Diana,” and “Gangsta Boo,” along with tracks from her debut album, Y2K! Including “Phat Butt,” “Oh Shhh..,” and “Think U Shit (Fart).”

The North American leg of the tour follows Ice Spice’s recent festival performances across Europe and the UK this summer, with sets at Roskilde Festival in Denmark, Rolling Loud Europe in Austria, Wireless Festival in London, and more.

The ‘Y2K! WORLD TOUR’ supports Ice Spice’s debut album, Y2K!, released on July 26, 2024, via 10K Projects/Capitol Records. The album is a powerhouse, featuring hits like “Phat Butt,” the Sean Paul-sampling “Gimmie A Light,” and the hater-dismissing “Think U The Shit (Fart).” Y2K! also includes collaborations with Travis Scott (“Oh Shhh…”), Gunna (“Bitch I’m Packin’”), and Central Cee on “Did It First.”

Y2K! follows Ice Spice’s acclaimed debut EP Like..?, which landed on numerous best-of-the-year lists in 2023 and featured hits like “Munch (Feelin’ U)” and the platinum-selling “In Ha Mood” and “Princess Diana.”

The tour continues this Thursday, August 1, in Montclair, NJ, at The Wellmont Theater, with additional stops in Philadelphia, Boston, Toronto, Los Angeles, Atlanta, and more. Due to fan demand, the tour includes two shows in New York at The Rooftop at Pier 17.
