If your skin’s been screaming “SOS,” rest easy. Rihanna‘s coming to your rescue. The singer announced on social media Tuesday (July 14) that Fenty Skin is coming super soon — as in, the end of the month.
“Ima try my best to be humble about this but, @fentyskin is coming July 31 exclusively at FENTYSKIN.COM!!” Rihanna shared on both Instagram and Twitter.
The Barbadian singer didn’t reveal what products would be in the new line, but the video accompanying her announcement offered a few hints. In the clip, the artist lathers up and cleans her face, then pats on what appears to be toner, before wrapping up with a little moisturizer.
According to the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, there were six filings for Fenty Skin trademarks. Among them are a Fenty Skin Total Cleans’r, which was filed on June 12. There are also medicated and non-medicated skincare preparations and soaps, accessories, bags, and more listed with the office.
Based on Rihanna’s responses to fan questions, it seems she is trying to be inclusive with her products. For example, those with sensitive skin need not worry — Riri’s got you. When one Instagram follower with sensitive skin asked the star if the line would work for them, Rihanna responded: “saaaammmee!!! I get so scared to try new product! But I made this with love for my sensitive skin gang!”
Guys shouldn’t feel left out either. Responding to fans on Twitter after the reveal, Rihanna shared on Tuesday: “The true sin would be leaving my guys out! Not up in here!” and “Whoever told you skincare has a gender, LIED to you!”
