Rich The Kid is reportedly being sued for failing to pay $234,800 in jewelry bills for Patek Philippe watches, diamond necklaces, crosses, and bracelets, according to a TMZ report.
The report states that Peter Marco of Extraordinary Jewels of Beverly Hills is suing the “Money Talk” rapper after he stopped honoring payments for numerous delivered items.
According to the lawsuit, Marco had been working with Rich since 2017. The rapper allegedly stopped wiring payments. Nevertheless, Rich reportedly continued to order more items, and Marco continued to deliver. The suit seeks to reclaim the outstanding payments.
Rich is now claiming that he never procured Marco’s services. Posting to his Instagram Stories today, Rich wrote “I repeat @eliantte is my only jeweler! Y’all other niggas got FAKE stones stop playin wit my name in the pandemic I might go spend a half ticket today God bless.”
This is the rapper’s second lawsuit this year. Back in February, TMZ reported that Blueprint Artist Management reps claimed Rich owed more than $3.5 million in fees from a 2017 deal.
