Less than six months after his untimely passing, Juice WRLD’s posthumous release “Righteous” has dropped.
On the anthemic “Righteous,” we hear the rising star rhyme on addition, glamour and spiraling mental health.
On it, he raps: “All white Gucci suit, I’m feeling righteous/ I know that the truth is hard to digest/ Five or six pills in my right hand/
Codeine runneth over on my nightstand/ Taking medicine to fix all of the damage/ My anxiety the size of a planet/ Holes in my skull, over time
My heart’s over ice.”
The hip-hop performer, real name Jarad Higgins, passed away last December at the age of just 21.
Juice’s mom this week launched the Live Free 999 Fund, to honor the legacy of her late son by helping and supporting struggling youth.
