Cardi B Thinks This 'Tiger King' Player Gave a Tiger Coronavirus

Cardi B is still obsessing over Tiger King.

Like everyone else holed-up at home with a Netflix account, the “Bodak Yellow” star has lived with the wild seven-part series on the eccentrics whose worlds revolve around big cats and huge feuds.

Last week, Cardi joked about starting a GoFundMe for Joe Exotic (real name Joe Schreibvogel), a one-time candidate for governor and wannabe country star who’s currently incarcerated for his role in an attempted hit on his rival, Carole Baskin.

Over the weekend, Cardi reposted a story on a tiger at Bronx Zoo testing positive for coronavirus and shared her own theory: Baskin done it.

It’s all for a good laugh, which we all need right now (see below).

For the record, the four-year-old Malayan tiger Nadia is one of seven animals that have fallen ill at the zoo, in what is believed to be the first known infection in an animal in the U.S. or a big cat anywhere.

Nadia and the others are believed to have been infected by a zoo employee who wasn’t yet showing symptoms, a spokesperson for the zoo said. It’s safe to say Baskin is in the clear.

That’s not the case for Exotic, who is currently serving a 22-year prison sentence for two counts of murder-for-hire and 17 federal charges of animal abuse.

The Netflix exclusive is a monster hit right now with the vast majority of the video-streamer’s 167 million plus subscribers facing a lengthy stint in self-quarantine and looking for some action.
