Logic Proudly Trades in the Rap Game for Dad Life in 'DadBod' Music Video: Watch

Logic is taking his “DadBod” to Montana, as the recently retired rapper tells fans in his new music video out Monday (July 27) that he’s moving his family out West to start a new chapter of their life.

The 30-year-old artist announced he was officially dropping the mic two weeks ago with the release of his final studio album No Pressure July 24. Logic satirically delivers bars about everyday life that fans feel they deserve, but he’s letting them know how sublime he feels rapping about the seemingly mundane, from changing his son Bobby’s diapers (which he demonstrates firsthand in the clip) to going on a Target run for cleaning supplies.

“They say that that boy done changed/ He don’t rap about his everyday life, he ain’t the same/ Godd–n, already had a hard life once/ Am I supposed to recreate it every album for you c—s? OK/ You want to hear about my everyday,” he challenges in the third verse before launching straight into his dad duties from sunrise to sunset.

He proudly shows off his family of three, featuring wife and clothing designer Brittney Noell, over any of his platinum records. It’s clear to fans that Logic is shifting gears to follow his new dream career of being a father.
