Pharrell Williams has put his Hollywood Hills mansion on the market for an impressive $11.95 million. As we’ve come to expect from the super-producer, the glass-fronted property looks like it should double-up as a headquarters of some sort.
Variety reports that the N.E.R.D frontman bought the imposing mansion for $7.1 million approximately five years ago. The extremely contemporary home was designed by architect Hagy Belzberg and the 1.5-acre property is located in LA’s storied Laurel Canyon.
The house features a total of six bedrooms, five full-size bathrooms, and two half bathrooms. It spans 5,800 square feet, spread out across the hilltop in a glass-walled front. The sleek mansion is stacked with luxe features including a bathroom decked out in floor-to-ceiling green marble, cinematic mountain views, an infinity pool, spa, and two-story guest house.
The glass-enclosed mansion draws comparisons to another property Pharrell listed earlier this year, the sleek exaggerated design of which drew comparisons to Google’s Headquarters and college campuses.
