OMB Bloodbath Signs Interscope Deal With 10:22PM & LVRN: Exclusive

OMB Bloodbath has a new home. Billboard confirmed on Monday (May 4) that the Houston native is signing a joint venture deal that will create a partnership between 10:22PM and LVRN, which comes with backing from Interscope records.

“I didn’t want to be made over and put in a box,” the Third Ward rapper says. “[10:22PM founder] Celine [Joshua], LVRN and Interscope have a proven track record of putting their artists first and letting them be themselves. I know they can help take my music career to the next level.”

Quickly following on the heels of the deal’s announcement, the 26-year-old is gearing up to release the menacing “Dropout” featuring an assist from fellow Texas resident Maxo Kream on Friday (May 8). Fans can preview a 45-second teaser to the ominous clip below.

“We couldn’t be more excited to sign OMB Bloodbath here at Interscope Records alongside our partners at 10:22PM and LVRN,” Interscope’s Joie Manda adds. “She’s a talented writer and incredible artist, we’re excited to break her in a real way.”

“OMB Bloodbath is everything you want in an artist who represents truth and culture,” said Joshua, who also serves as GM commercial, content and artist strategy at UMG. “Her lyrically savvy flow and melodic touch strike a chord at the heart of music. I’m excited she is joining 1022 and LVRN, and together with Interscope, we are here to support Bloodbath every step of the way.”
