Rod Wave’s “Rags2Riches,” featuring ATR Son Son, becomes the second song to crown both Billboard’s Top Triller U.S. and Top Triller Global charts as once, ruling both lists dated Aug. 8.
The Top Triller U.S. and Top Triller Global charts highlight the biggest songs on Triller based on a formula blending the amount of views of videos containing a respective songs, the level of engagement with those videos and the raw total of videos uploaded featuring each song, according to Triller. Data for the charts is represented on a Friday-Thursday tracking week, with the latest period running July 24-30.
“Rags2Riches” reigns after debuting on both charts dated Aug. 1 at Nos. 2 (Top Triller U.S.) and 6 (Top Triller Global). It’s the second track to lead both tallies in their four-week existence; upon launch week (July 18), Armaan Malik’s “Next 2 Me” debuted atop both.
The top upload of the week for “Rags2Riches” came from NFL football team San Diego Chargers’ own account, which featured wide receiver Keenan Allen dancing and mouthing along to the song. The clip has been viewed 2.2 million times, according to Triller.
“Rag2Riches” debuted at No. 96 on the Hot 100 dated July 11, peaking thus far on the list dated Aug. 1 at No. 41.
The Top Triller charts’ top debut belongs to Offset’s “100 Racks,” featuring Playboi Carti, which bows at No. 2 on the Global tally and at No. 3 on U.S.
