French Montana Sued Over Alleged Sexual Assault & Battery

French Montana is being sued for alleged sexual assault and battery and a number of related charges, according to court documents obtained by The Blast. A woman using the pseudonym Jane Doe has filed a lawsuit against the artist, his employee Mansour Bennouna, and his label Coke Boy Records.

Doe claims she was invited by Montana to his home after they met at a recording studio on March 28, 2018. In the suit, she alleges he and Bennouna encouraged her to take a shot around 6 a.m. Shortly afterward, she allegedly lost consciousness, was rendered incapacitated, and remembered, “several men coming in and out of the bedroom,” one of which was Montana.

The alleged victim claims she regained consciousness at around 1:30 p.m. to discover Bennouna “spooning her.” She reported feeling “a pain in her pelvis, lower back, and vagina.”

Doe reported the alleged rape to police and went to Kaiser Permanente Medical Center to have a rape kit administered. The investigation allegedly showed the presence of semen.

The lawsuit is seeking damages for the “extreme emotional distress, anxiety, flashbacks and depression she experiences as a result of the alleged assault.
